SECURITY DEPOSIT- $1000
Required on each event.  The deposit will be held in escrow to hold your dates and cover possible damage to the facility.  Security deposit will be returned after the event with a satisfactory inspection of the grounds.  Cancellation within 60 days of your event will result in the loss of your security deposit.

CLEAN-UP DEPOSIT- $500
Responsibility of your event staff. Facility should be free from paper, trash and equipment. Security deposit will be held until facility is approved for release.

BAND DEPOSIT- $500
it is the responsibility of your event staff to ensure that the level of the sound is within appropriate guidelines as stated in the rental agreement.  Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Sound will be checked by the Palmetto Police Department using a decibel meter. The maximum sound level may not exceed 85 decibels or your deposit will be forfeited.

ALCOHOL  DEPOSIT- $500
it is the responsibility of your event staff to ensure that the guidelines as stated in the rental agreement are strictly enforced regarding alcohol consumption on the grounds. Security through the Manatee County Sheriffs Office is required if serving, selling or allowing alcohol at your event.  Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.  For the safety of all visitors to the arena and surrounding area,
NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS!

CONCESSIONS- $500
Concessions may be released to the promoter as a part of the rental fee. Beer/Wine sales are permitted on site with proof of proper permitting.

INSURANCE
All events require satisfactory evidence of liability insurance, naming the Manatee River Fair Association and Manatee County as additional insured and certificate holders. Limits of liability: $1,000,000 bodily injury and property damage each occurrence.

  • Fencing Set-Up-(to divide parking area and event area)- $250

  • Concessions Release- $500

  • On-Site Fair Representative- $250 per day

  • Picnic Tables- $10 each

  • Trash Dumpsters-$35 each

  • Portable Bleachers-$100 each
