Orientation:

Contestant lineup is determined, walk through of pageant day, and receive tickets for purchase. Get any questions answered in advance!

*required unless approved by Pageant Board of Directors

Competition ages as of the pageant date:

Mini Miss: 7-9
Little Miss: 10-12
Junior Miss: 13-16
Miss: 17-22

Our winners receive:

Miss Winner $1,500 Ellen Meade Memorial Scholarship
All titleholders earn a Manatee County Fair Queen crown, banner sash, trophy & flowers
Runners up in each category receive trophy and flowers

Our contestants receive:

Fair Contestant T-Shirt
2 tickets to the 2027 Manatee County Fair (one for contestant and one for a parent/guardian)

A Contestant fact sheet will be reviewed during orientation on October 25, 2026. The fact sheet will be used by the judges during the interview process as well as preparing on stage questions. Following the orientation, contestants will be provided with a link to fill out their fact sheet appropriately.
